I solved all levels but I didn't understand how to bond atoms. I thought if there is no line to separate adjacent atoms, they bond automatically, but it's wrong. Sometimes atoms are not connected. It's a mystery...
they should connect as long as they are aligned and separated by 1 grid-square
oh wow, that was a bug then, sorry that happened.
